This works by having separate accounts for each division using the accounts “account Description” field as a marker to indicate which division the account is allocated to

This works by assigning jobs to each division. Very easy to do as can have transactions split amongst many divisions. |
Every transaction is assigned to a category. Cannot split an invoice over several categories. |
Separate data for each division allows different levels of access and can be run at different locations. DataWise Forecast handles budgets , and consolidations |
